About Me
I'm Rina, a certified BWRT® Associate Practitioner and 5-PATH® hypnotherapist offering online sessions in English and Japanese.
I know what it feels like to carry guilt and anxiety that has no easy answer. Choosing to live far from my family taught me that we can't always change our circumstances — but we can change how we carry them.
That's why I'm drawn to working with people who are struggling with anxiety, social fear, and the weight of things they can't control. BWRT® and hypnosis gave me tools I wish I'd had sooner — and I want to offer that to you.


Which approach is right for you?
BWRT® — 45 minutes Best for specific triggers: a person's behavior that sets you off, social anxiety, performance anxiety, or trauma responses. Works directly with the brain's early response system — no need to talk through the details of your past. Often resolved in 1-3 sessions.
Hypnosis — 90 minutes Best for deeper patterns: general anxiety, self-worth, or issues that feel harder to pinpoint. Uses a relaxed, guided state to access and shift beliefs at a deeper level. Typically 4-6 sessions.
